We've made farm data more accessible and usable for over 15,000 farmers in New Zealand and are now expanding into Europe.

Levno is headquartered in Palmerston North, but we also have smaller offices in Wellington, Auckland, and Dublin.

As we look to scale our operation globally, we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the growth effort, with good financial discipline, operational efficiency and commercial insights that enable us to invest in the right areas.

As CFO, you'll play a crucial role in driving Levno's financial success and ensuring our continued growth and expansion. With your expertise in SaaS metrics and sole charge finance leadership experience, you'll be instrumental in guiding us towards achieving our vision.

**What you will do**:

- Oversee and optimize financial strategies to support Levno's growth initiatives.
- Provide valuable insights into SaaS metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
- Lead and manage all aspects of finance and administration
- Collaborate with our diverse teams to align financial objectives with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainable growth.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a CFO or senior finance leadership role, preferably in a SaaS-focused environment.
- Expertise in providing insights into SaaS metrics, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
- Experience in managing finance and administration functions in a high-growth organization, ideally in a sole charge capacity
- A passion for working in a positive, high-performing, and inclusive culture, where innovation and collaboration thrive.
- Located in Palmerston North or open to relocation, with other NZ locations considered.
