Responsibilities
Coaching: Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their educational and personal development goals.
Training Compliance: Follow online training modules and adhere to compliance protocols.
Marketing: Promote and market our online educational programs through various channels to reach a broad audience.
Engagement: Participate in regular online training calls to stay updated with the latest coaching strategies and practices.
Communication: Maintain regular contact with a dedicated trainer for ongoing support and feedback.
Outreach: Conduct telephone calls and interviews with potential candidates, assessing their suitability and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Campaign Management: Create and review marketing campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
Time Commitment: Dedicate 10-15 hours per week to ensure your success and the success of your students.
