We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the duties of Clinical Coach for the following area:
- General Surgical 0.8 FTE
This position is a registered nurse role delivering ongoing support to ensure that standards of nursing practice are upheld and that nursing care is delivered to improve experiences and outcomes for people during their inpatient journey.
The remuneration range for this role is $72,061 - $95,340 and is covered by the collective agreement: NZNO Nursing MECA

Moū - About you
**The ideal applicant will**:
Be a Registered Nurse with current APC
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in your chosen field
Be an competent practitioner with the ability to develop others
Have excellent communication skills
Demonstrate high standards of Nursing care and be able to lead coach and mentor others to achieve these
Have the ability to work well in a team, enhancing the capability & contribution to the team
Demonstrate own ability to promote self-development - postgraduate study, masters prepared or working toward
Be technically proficient
