Are you an experienced Manager looking to make a difference within a well-known brand? Tony's Tyres are on the search for a Branch Manager for their Church St store in Palmerston NorthAt Tony's Tyre and Auto Care we are dedicated to providing our customers with top-notch automotive services.

The Role: This is a crucial position within our Church St, Palmerston North store which will have you managing and training staff, overseeing profitability of sales and products and helping us to reach our full potential within the region.
As people are at the core of our business, you must have a knack for developing strong business relationships, as well as aiding staff to progress in their careers.
To be successful you will need: A full, clean Driver's License Proven skills and experience in retail sales, as well as achieving goals and targets A passion for the automotive or tyre industry Excellent people, communication and business management skills A customer-centric approach, with a drive to always provide the best service possible Ability to work a 45-hour work week across Monday to Saturday We can offer you: Great remuneration, use of company car and profit share scheme An excellent training programme with ongoing support and development Further opportunities to advance your career Great staff discounts and benefits Please Note: As Tony's Tyres is committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test.
