Our fleet of two ships and over 200 trucks is supported by a nationwide network of ten depots and a 450+ strong team to deliver hundreds of thousands of tonnes of freight (and passengers) weekly.

**The person we are looking for**:
We have an awesome opportunity for an experienced supervisor to lead our Palmerston North Branch. This is a hands-on role looking after six operational staff members, and managing the day to day running of our metro deliveries throughout the Manawatu and Hawkes Bay regions.

To succeed in this role you need to be a strong operator, who is fast to think on your feet to solve problems quickly and effectively. You need to be big on safety and compliance and have high standards when it comes to ensuring our customers receive the best service always.

**Key Responsibilities of this position**:

- Supervising, motivating and supporting your team
- Organising daily plans
- Championing our values and best practice Health & Safety culture
- Reporting and paperwork as required
- Participating in projects from time to time
- Hands on support to the team at all times
