Juggling great service, training androstering your team, planning for future growth, is all in a day’s work Must be able to plan the menus to be served in the restaurant in consultation withthe chefs. Organize events and functions, make proper plans and arrangements for thegathering Manage purchases and pricing with the suppliers and carefully prepare a budgetfor optimal profit Maintain accurate records of stock levels Manage financial transactions of the restaurants and maintain good record-keeping Having discussions with the customers to assess if the customers are satisfiedwith the meals and services provided Value customer feedback and develop strategies for continuous improvements Assuring that the dining facilities meet the health and safety regulations Ensure that everything is clean, functional and of suitable/presentableappearance. Select and train the waiting and kitchen staff along with supervising the staff. May be required to take the reservations/bookings.
