LIMITED is seeking 2x restaurant managers to oversee the day-to-day operations of our souvlaki shop in Christchurch. This is a full-time role (minimum 30 hours per week); however, late nights, weekend and public holiday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Coordinating with chefs to plan and update the menu on regular basis.
  • Organizing special events and functions.
  • Making sure the restaurant is clean, safe, and looks good.
  • Taking bookings, welcoming guests, and helping with orders if needed.
  • Oversee food preparation and service to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise staff, including training, rostering, and performance management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales, customer experience, and overall business performance.

About You:

  • Previous 2 years of relevant experience OR level 4 diploma in business or management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
  • Payrate for restaurant manager will be $28.00 to $ depending on your skills.
