About the Role: As a Senior Network Security Engineer with experience in Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet SASE, SD-WAN and NGFW solutions you will be responsible for managing and maintaining network security operations to ensure the protection of our clients' critical infrastructure.
You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to provide operational support, implement new network security solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will be doing: Provide operational support for managed network security solutions, including SD-WAN, Managed Firewall, and SASE architecture-based products.
Monitor and analyse network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents Investigate and resolve complex network and security issues Assist customers in embedding security into their solutions and processes.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Handle service requests and incidents with excellence, following DEFEND processes.
Support other team members in their delivery to customers.
To thrive in this role, you will need: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security operations.
Strong knowledge of network security protocols, technologies, and best practices.
Solid communication skills and the ability to write and review designs, reports, procedures, and standards.
Proficient in network and security tools and technologies, such as Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SD-WAN, SASE, SIEM and SOAR and products from Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet Ability to analyse and interpret network traffic and security logs.
Excellent problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.
Strong documentation skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Desirable Skills: Experience in securing hybrid cloud environments (Iaa S/Paa S/Saa S).
Experience working with both AWS and Azure.
