Our client is looking for a stand out Network Security Engineer. Your role will involve the implementation, maintenance, and support of our clients' network infrastructure.

Joining a dedicated team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and highly available network and security architectures that align with business objectives and SLAs.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Effective communication is crucial, as you will engage with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of our clients commitments.
- Demonstrate innovative thinking in managed networks, network security, wireless and mobile networks, network design and architecture, network lifecycle management, new technology envisioning, and overall implementation of robust network platforms for our clients customers.
- Produce technical proposals and detailed change requests that deliver successful outcomes.
- Create clear and concise solution as-builts documentation.
- Configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, and wireless technologies.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including firmware/IOS upgrades, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Assist in implementing and continually improving automated management tools for efficient network management services.
- Monitor performance, ensuring system availability and reliability.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
- Adhere to established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to our clients' network infrastructure.
- Select and implement best practice security tools, policies, and procedures in accordance with our clients' security policies.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Expertly manage expectations and foster collaboration across multiple technology vendors on behalf of our clients customers.
- Possess strong planning, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Hold a CCNP or higher certification (with a strong desire to achieve CCIE).
- Demonstrate hands-on LAN/WAN network engineering experience.
- Exhibit expert knowledge in OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, Nexus, LAN Switching, VSS, and vPC.
- Possess substantial experience in implementing and supporting wireless solutions from Cisco, Aerohive, Fortinet, or Meraki.
- Familiarity with Network Security platforms from Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Meraki.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
- Any additional experience in the following areas is highly desirable: Cisco ISE, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Python, Linux, AWS/Azure, Viptella, Meraki.
