**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Radius Authentication: Design, configure, and administer the Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) infrastructure to enable secure authentication and authorization for network devices and users. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to RADIUS authentication.
- Wireless Network Access Control: Develop and enforce access control policies for wireless networks to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. Implement measures to protect against unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
- Wi-Fi Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain Wi-Fi networks, ensuring optimal performance, coverage, and security. Monitor network traffic and analyze performance metrics to identify and address potential bottlenecks or security vulnerabilities.
- Network Communication and Flow: Possess a deep understanding of how data flows through networks, including the OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, and network topologies. Troubleshoot and resolve network communication issues as they arise.
- Network Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and security policies. Ensure that all network changes are properly documented.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and operations, to understand business requirements and implement effective network and security solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network and Security Engineer, with a focus on MDM, Radius Authentication, and Wireless networks.
- Strong understanding of Wi-Fi network architectures, protocols, and security standards.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic command-line operations.
- Solid knowledge of network communication principles, including the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with security monitoring tools and incident response procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security, or equivalent are a plus.
