Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to support business growth. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance. Manage and mentor staff across various departments. Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and performance targets. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards are met. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Drive operational improvements and organisational development initiatives. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a senior management or general manager role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities. Sound financial understanding and experience managing budgets. Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities. Strong organisational and time‑management skills. Experience in the (insert industry, e.g., hospitality, transport, retail) is an advantage. Qualifications A bachelor's degree or Masters qualification in business, management, or a related field is mandatory along with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
