About the role We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join the KTC Group Ltd team in our Westgate Auckland office.
This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to support the growth and success of our business.
What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry.
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Proficient in the use of marketing tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and content management tools.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
