Our Home Solutions business unit provides end-to-end services from energy consultancy, system design, products, connected ecosystems, and after-sales service and support.
Our offering includes solar, energy storage, air conditioning, ventilation, and water heating.
As we continue to establish and grow our brand in the market, we are seeking an aspirational sales manager to shape and lead a team of domestic and commercial business development professionals across multiple categories.
The role As National Sales Manager, you will lead the team’s business development and customer acquisition activities across our product categories.
Using the strengths of the fast-growing Haier brand across the HVAC, Hot Water, and Solar categories, you will create and execute strategies for sales growth.
You will run the business as if it is your own, planning and leading the sales strategy for New Zealand, and executing it through the BDMs under your direction.
You will provide operational excellence to support the team’s day-to-day successes, as well as facilitate a momentum of enthusiasm and pull for our Haier products, cultivating a strong and loyal customer base along the way.
What are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced sales leader within the HVAC, Hot Water, Solar, or similar industries, with a track record of success.
Known for your exceptional leadership style, you have the skills to bring a sales team together to work on a common goal and be able to get the best out of everyone.
You will be valued for your strategic focus, subject matter expertise, pragmatic and approachable style, and availability to get involved where needed.
You will also relish the opportunity to work with, and contribute to, a dynamic and evolving environment, not be put off by it.
You will have your own background in growing a business, so you know what good looks like, and how to inspire that in others.
You will have proven experience at successfully developing strategic partnerships both externally and internally to deliver quality results.
