As IT Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead our IT Service Engineers, ensuring seamless IT support and continuous service improvement. You'll oversee service level agreements, vendor management, and process optimisation, all while fostering a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing IT support team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Define and execute IT service strategies to meet business objectives, including incident response, problem resolution, and service level management.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, implementing best practices like ITSM and ITIL.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

You're a pro with:

  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems and services.
  • Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
  • Commitment to customer focus, with a track record of maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for managing ambiguity.
  • Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
