• Workforce Development: Recruit, develop, and retain a highly skilled, motivated, and effective team of mental health professionals and support workers.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all services and work environments align with health and safety regulations.
• Strategic Leadership: Contribute to organisational initiatives, participating in forums such as Key Event Review, Medication Review, and Smoking Cessation programmes.
• Quality & Performance Monitoring: Implement audit and corrective action plans, ensuring continuous service improvement.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Provide monthly reports on service performance, workforce engagement, and quality improvement efforts.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Hold a full New Zealand drivers licence and working rights to New Zealand. Visa sponsorship is not available.
