  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Communicate with employees and management to address any payroll or administrative inquiries
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Payroll Officer
  • Strong numeric skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace
