As the first point of contact, you will provide competent customer service to all patients and visitors. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing general administration tasks, multitasking, and working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
- Manage general administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Presentation matters – be well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle general administration and computer skills proficiently.
- CPR certification is essential.

- Experience working in a medical environment is preferred but not necessary.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Understand and respect Te Tiriti o Waitangi, Te Ao Māori, and other cultures.
