We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team at MOA Medical Centre.

As the first point of contact, you will provide competent customer service to all patients and visitors. Your role will be multifaceted, encompassing general administration tasks, multitasking, and working autonomously.

We believe in providing valuable work-life balance for our staff. Our practices are open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
  • Manage general administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Presentation matters – be well-presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle general administration and computer skills proficiently.
  • CPR certification is essential.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting patient needs.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Experience working in a medical environment is preferred but not necessary.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
