This role enables our team to be highly successful in their roles and ensures our clients and visitors have a professional and positive experience.This role covers general office administration, database management, client administration, operations, health and safety, and technology.Here's a glimpse into a day as an Office Administrator at Velocite:Scan client records into the database that have been received overnightPlace orders for office supplies and arrange catering for an upcoming meetingMeet with the Business Support Manager to run through operational tasks for the week aheadContact clients to arrange their annual companies office documents to be completed and filedHead downstairs to grab a coffee with some of the teamUpdate the health and safety register and provide a monthly report to the CEOCo-ordinate the renewal of our technology fleetFinalise the planning of our next team activityUpdate our database with recent changes to some client informationContact clients to arrange and book meetings inDiscuss team training requirements with our Client Fulfilment ManagerAn ideal candidate for this position would:Be highly organised, proactive and a quick learnerMaintain a high standard of work with strong attention to detailBe adaptable, flexible and able to problem solve and use initiativeHave strong technology and digital skillsHave amazing communication skills – both written and verbal – to interact with clients and team membersExperience in a similar role or within a professional services firm environment would be an advantage.
