Business Support Manager

The primary focus of this role is to provide the sales team with a professional, proactive, and efficient administrative service that helps the business deliver superior customer service and achieve its revenue targets; as well as manage the day-to-day operational needs of the head office in Auckland. 

Lease documentation and sales administration responsibilities
  • Prepare lease quotes as directed by Account Directors.
  • Assist Account Directors with the administration aspects of the customer credit application process.
  • Assist Account Directors with the AML compliance process.
  • Prepare customer lease contract documentation using system templates.
  • Manage the PPSR process (registrations, amendments, discharges) inclusive of ensuring regular drawdown customers have current PPSRs in place.
  • Liaise with customers as required to facilitate the return of lease documentation.
  • Manage the lease transaction settlement process.
Office responsibilities
  • First point of contact for incoming phone calls and general external queries.
  • Greet visitors and notify staff of their arrival.
  • Receive and sort mail and arrange courier pick-ups.
  • Manage facilities and subcontractors.
  • General office supplies ordering.
Travel and event responsibilities
  • Book staff travel arrangements.
  • Ad hoc special event co-ordination.
  • Annual internal conference event coordination.
