Job Description

We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Merchandise Coordinator to join our friendly team

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued sales growth of the store by effectively executing company merchandising objectives. Deliver merchandising excellence, by ensuring policies and procedures are followed, merchandise compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day merchandising tasks, planners, set up guides and new product initiatives.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing and presentation.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

JB Hi-Fi operates seven (7) days a week (in most areas) and flexibility with hours is essential.

Qualifications
  • An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere
  • You will thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of merchandise (events, promotional activities, etc.) or operations (stock flow, inbound and outbound goods, etc.).
  • Result-driven with a strong focus on delivering the best customer outcomes.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail.
