**Job Description**:
Our Trade Planning Assistant role is part of our Trade team, a central hub in coordinating our promotions. Working closely with our experienced Trade Planner and wider with our Merchandise, Category Management & Marketing Teams, the trading team coordinates our daily trade schedule and ensure promotions are set and ready with all the details needed to go live to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Promotion planning - Ensuring our trade schedule is up to date and accurate.
- Promotion building - Ensure promotional briefs are ready with all detail for marketing teams
- Coordinating with Buyers, Category Managers, & Marketing Team
- Assisting with promotional plans
- Additional administration and systems support
- Support of customer-based Events
