Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with returns, exchanges, faulty goods, and warranty claims
- Manage click & collect orders and coordinate home delivery arrangements
- Respond to in-store queries and radio for specialist help or heavy lifting support
- Process transactions including refunds and special orders using EFTPOS and other payment types
- Support checkouts when needed, including basic transaction processing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure stock integrity and merchandising standards are upheld
