The role:


The AA is on an exciting multi-year transformation journey, and we are seeking an energic, confident and organised Programme Coordinator to help us to deliver our Programme of Work.


This is not a role for the faint hearted Working closely with the wider Strategy team the Programme Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that delivery of our Programme and Change deliverables is successful.


You will:

  • Use your strong organisational strengths to assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of meetings, workshops, and training sessions, prepare content and ensure actions are followed up and completed.
  • Provide financial management administrative support for the Strategy team in relation to portfolio budget, contract, and invoice management.
  • Help manage risk/issues registers, and action and decision registers for the NZAA Strategic portfolio.
  • Support delivery of change management activities from initiation to post go live delivery.
  • Lead the coordination of programme meetings for management and governance, including scheduling, preparation of Agendas and recording of the meeting / actions / follow up activities.
  • Liaise with third party vendors as required.

Skills and experience required:


This is a dual role, supporting the Programme and Change functions within the team so being highly organised with experience in managing multiple stakeholders is key.

You will be adaptable, able to work at pace and skilled in building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to assist the implementation of our strategic initiatives across multiple projects.


If you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role we want to hear from you.
