Due to an increased workload we are looking for an energetic and organised Field Support Administrator to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract starting ASAP, through until end of November.

You will be based at our new Ellerslie office and this role will report to our Field Operations Manager.

Job description:

About the Role


The role will consist of 40 hours per week and is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated administration support professional to work in a key support role.

You are going to succeed if you are adaptable and comfortable working in a company that is committed to continued growth.


You will need to demonstrate that you can look beyond the obvious and use your initiative to identify and implement ways to streamline support process and increase efficiencies.


Ideally you will have broad field support experience within an FMCG environment, an understanding of how field operations & merchandising work in store.

You will have proven experience in providing a professional, timely and accurate support services within the NZ grocery sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Assisting with the effective management of field operations
  • All necessary administration work including data entry and maintaining our various systems and platforms (Opmetrix & Storetrack)
  • Specific support to Field Operations Manager and Grocery Merchandising team

Skills and Experience - the essentials

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel
  • Experienced in developing and following moderately complex administrative processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing time demands and balance priorities
  • Digitally savvy, comfortable using a broad range of computer and data management programs
  • Attention to detail
