The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the New Zealand HR function for 200 employees located across Christchurch, Waikato and Auckland.

Who you'll be:


You will have at least five years' experience working as a HR generalist with experience in change management, consultations, collective agreements, and bargaining.

An understanding of New Zealand Employment Law is desirable.

You will be able to provide trusted and solid HR advice across the full remit and possess excellent relationship building skills with a friendly and go-getter attitude.

You will be confident, friendly, and a natural leader. You will be passionate about growing capabilities within teams, especially at the management level. You enjoy taking on challenges and improving systems and procedures to maximise efficiency.

What you'll do:


You will be responsible for managing yearly performance and remuneration reviews and will be the sole charge for leading the HR function and BAU in New Zealand.

As such, you should be able to work comfortably on your own.

You will come into a growth stage within the organisation and will help with the integration of two new Colleges in Auckland and Waikato.

This role will also require some travel from time to time.
