E-commerce Manager

We're looking for an e-Commerce whizz to cover 12 months of maternity leave beginning in October 2023.

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and daily functionality of the Flo & Frankie e-commerce store, working closely with the Marketing Team, Merchandise Planning, and other department heads to ensure our customers enjoy the best shopping experience possible and high sales targets are met.


About you:

  • 5+ years' experience in an ecommerce role, preferably in fashion or similar industry
  • 3 + years' experience using Shopify and/or Shopify 2.0
  • Expert knowledge in Google Analytics reporting
  • Experience with the EDM platform and Klaviyo
  • A numbersfocused mindset, reporting regularly on the performance of the ecommerce site and digital marketing alongside the Marketing Manager
  • Experience managing others to help achieve company goals
  • Budget savvy, able to work within budget parameters and achieve a high return on spend
  • Excellent understanding of best practices in ecommerce functionality and design
  • Clear communication skills
