If you are passionate about tertiary education, sharing your knowledge and are confident relating to a diverse groups of people you will fit right in.

This will involve:
Work with the teaching team to support delivery of Literacy/Numeracy and Science component of the programme

Planning and delivering courses using effective teaching methods and materials appropriate to the students and alignment with our programme document.

Ensuring all assessments, marking, feedback, moderation, and reassessment are completed as per programme document and MIT policies and guidelines.

Facilitating interactive teaching sessions both in class, online and in labs

Provide necessary academic and pastoral support to learners

**Ideal Skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree of Education and/or Literacy and/or Mathematics and/or health-related science
- Graduate diploma in education is preferred
- Relevant discipline-based practice
- An adult teaching qualification at level 5 or above
- Experience in teaching and/or mentoring adults
- Experience in working with diverse groups of people
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in teaching and assessment of students
