About the roleWe are searching for a Contracts Supervisor to join our Hamilton team,.This is a permanent full-time (40 hours per week) position managing maintenance and projects delivery. Whilst the days of work will predominantly be Monday to Friday, weekend work may be called for on an as and when required basis.

The position prefers the incumbent to be a registered Electrician with a current practicing license.

In addition, we are looking for the following experience
:

  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry
  • Experience in the Water / industrial industry
  • Experience in quoting/tendering systems
  • Experience in the planning and supervision of staff.
  • Proven and effective people management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and competency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective and positive leadership skills
  • A problem solver with a solutionfocused attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Keen to develop own knowledge and that of others
