The roleAs the Team Leader for Transmission Lines, your primary focus will be on steering your team towards safe and efficient work practices. Your attention to detail and adept planning skills will be the driving force behind our success.   • Complete WTC competency assessments and perform competent audits as well as quality checks
  • Ensure plant and equipment are compliance with good working order and fit for purpose by completing toolbox checks

We need someone with at least 5 years of solid experience under their belt, complete with up-to-date registration and competencies, a clean Class 1 full drivers license is a must and have the following skills:- Ensure you have the necessary trade qualification and updated licenses
  • Demonstrate expertise in Codes of Practice, Policies, Standards, Work Procedures, and relevant laws, particularly in the electricity industry
  • Exhibit current Workplace Competency (WTC) and a proven track record in team leadership
  • Take charge of workload organization and ensure team alignment with targets
  • Proactively promote a safety culture in compliance with legal and company regulations
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
