We are seeking three energetic, detail orientated administrative professionals to play a key role in the smooth running of our new Simulation and Assessment Centre.

Te Whakahaerenga/The Organisation


Nurse Maude is a well-known and highly regarded organisation, who have been providing healthcare services to the community for over 120 years.

We have recently been contracted by the New Zealand Nursing Council to administer Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs), as part of the registration process for internationally qualified nurses, to take place in a custom-built simulation and assessment centre.

Te Mahi/About the Position

This is a full-time permanent role, normally working Monday - Friday during business hours.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least three years' recent administrative experience
  • A warm and welcoming manner
  • Strong IT and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organisational and people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for learning and willingness to grow with the service
  • A proven ability to adhere to protocols, standards and guidelines
  • Experience and success working under pressure, while solving problems quickly
  • Experience working in the health and/ or education sector
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
