What we're looking for:

As our next Account Manager you'll have a strong background in project management and delivery, with the ability to drive and deliver projects and manage multi stakeholders, clients, internal and external teams. You'll be coming in to continue on the momentum we have with key customers, ensuring they attract and recruit exceptional talent.

You're replacing Hannah, who's swapping being suited and booted for a backpack and Birkenstocks. Her boots or Birkies are big ones to fill (figure of speech), so take a look at what you'll need to bring to continue supporting and helping our customer win.

What you'll bring

  • Client centricity: Build and maintain strong relations - serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Attention to detail: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of recruitment and employer branding projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, deadlines, and budgets
  • Strategy Development skills: Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and understand the workforce trends of your customers
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, especially the senior account leaders, our creative teams and media and recruitment specialists, to execute client strategies and deliverables
  • Market Research expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes to advise clients effectively
  • Project management: Proficiency in project management and CRM software (Hubspot) plus a strong Financial acumen, to price and manage projects and adhere to margins.

We've got loads of ambition, and we're looking for you to bring yours. You'll bring existing experience in account management, be it in communication or brand agencies, or a related field. Experience in the recruitment sector is ideal, but not a must.
