Within this role, you will be responsible for explaining and demonstrating the features and benefits of our products to our customers. You will be required to work with the sales team to create and maintain the Giltrap experience, while simultaneously improving and driving growth in sales with both new and existing customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting and demonstrating New and Used Vehicles to current and future clients
  • Follow our Road to a Sale Principles at all times.
  • Understanding the client's needs and ensuring they find the right vehicle for them
  • Ensuring your product and industry knowledge is up to date
  • Coordinating the preparation of vehicles prior and post-sale with our service, parts and grooming teams
  • Delivering and handing over of new and used vehicle
  • Introducing customers to our Business Manager and ensuring all of our products and services are explained and offered to customers
  • Assisting the dealership with on/offsite events and displays
  • Contributing to the presentation of our cars throughout the dealership

You will bring skills and experience in:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to undertake personal development.
  • Highly self-motivated, committed team-player with the desire to learn.
  • A full, Clean, and current New Zealand driver's license

Bentley Auckland is part of Giltrap Group, a family-owned New Zealand business that has been involved in the retail and distribution of motor vehicles for nearly 60 years. Giltrap Group represent 18 automotive brands across 15 sites around Auckland.
