About the Role


The purpose of this role is to support the management of RACP's training programs as well as providing administration and secretariat services to stakeholders of RACP training programs including trainees, committees and Fellows of the College.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure a high standard of service delivery to trainees, supervisors, Fellows and education committees
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in projects and working groups
  • Provide advice, guidance and secretariat services to committees
  • Work with committees to ensure that members are adequately trained, and succession plans are considered to ensure the committees are able to effectively perform their duties
  • Collaborate with various teams both within the Aotearoa New Zealand office and Australia to implement various projects and initiatives
  • Engage with Te Ao Māori values and weave tikanga Māori into daily work

  • Demonstrated skills in effective relationship management and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in professional client and secretariat services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the preparation of reports and submissions
  • Commitment to professional customer service, quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a professional team
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills
