About the role


We have an awesome role for a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our fun, down to earth and high performing P&O team on a full-time permanent basis.

In the HR Coordinator position your work will be purposeful, and you will play an important role delivering impeccable P&O administration, providing excellent service to our internal customers by managing low to mid-level queries and P&O project support when required.

Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:

  • Managing paperwork and documentation, including updating processes and templates to ensure we are taking the opportunity to improve as we go
  • Provide first level support to managers and employees on day to day queries.
  • Prepare documentation for new employees, contractors and existing employee job changes
  • Ensure employee records and information are updated as requested including, employee databases and electronic filing
  • Coordinate the exit process for employees
  • Coordinate and help plan P&O lead events
  • Support the annual businesswide Wellbeing program including activities and challenge

Qualifications:

About you:

  • Passionate about people and the environment
  • 2+ Years of HR experience
  • Experience working in a highgrowth and agile organisation in a similar role
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills to drive change and partner effectively across all levels of the business
  • Working in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar
