H2R are looking immediately for a Contract (hourly rate)
Payroll Manager for a minimum or 4 months, but could be 6-8.

Our client requires an experienced and well tenured Payroll Manager with a strong track record in Wellington. We need proof of process improvement, process analysis, and error correction in your past work history.


If you are looking for a challenge, where your operational Payroll Management skills will be utlised, this assignment will be ideal.


Ideally you will have:

- track record of managing a large payroll within a government agency
- experience improving processes and finding where the errors are
- knowledge and experience working with teams to pin point bottle necks
- experience rolling out fixes / new processes

This role is not simply to keep things moving, get people paid but to improve the status quo.

  • Pay: $ $140.00 per hour (heavily dependent on experience)
  • Based: Wellington CBD (you may be based elsewhere in NZ)
