Āu Mahi | What You Will Do


Together with the Academic Records Graduation Coordinator, you will ensure a professional interface with students and staff wishing to engage in graduation related activities; and to coordinate academic graduation requirements; and to assist the Curriculum Management Coordinator to ensure the Student Management System accurately reflects all qualification regulations.


Mōu | Who You Are

You have experience in tertiary education environments and have great administration skills, including knowledge of MS Office and other platforms.

You have a strong knowledge of privacy with respect to records and can work within complex rules and regulations. You have a high level of accuracy and attention for details, including proofing your own and others work.

It's important you enjoy working in a diverse team environment, working collaboratively with others, and think logically/analytically.

As there will be occasions you will attend graduation celebrations and other such events, it's important you can show flexibility.
