THE COMPANY:

THE ROLE:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring that all tasks and processes are carried out efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, leading and motivating a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management, making recommendations for improvements where necessary

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of employees effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
  • Knowledge of inventory management, marketing, and sales techniques
  • Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
