As the Programme Coordinator you will provide support to our Programme Director and PMO in the planning, coordination, and execution of site build and upgrade projects across Connexa.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

You'll be joining a fast-growing team in a newly established company where you'll be a part of our journey, shaping the ways of working and co-creating the culture

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support Programme Director with project set up
  • Coordinate programme activities and track progress to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to requirements and ensure alignment
  • Create, manage & optimise programme documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests, governance reporting
  • Assist with programme financial reporting
  • Assist in risk identification, tracking and mitigation strategies
  • Support Programme Director & team in stakeholder management and communication
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within Connexa
  • Facilitation of weekly end to end meetings and change request forums

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • A recognition and embrace of differences and diversity in the workplace
  • A growth mindset and desire for continuous improvement
