Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With

Join the supportive team at Te Kura Tāura | UC Graduate School, where you will collaborate with experts in researcher development, wellbeing, pastoral care, and academic administration.

Te Kura Tāura values diverse research students and provides them with essential support on their research journey.


Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

Assist graduate research students and supervisors in their research development, incorporating Vision Mātauranga and facilitating the ethical clearance process.

Identify opportunities for Māori graduate research, organize workshops to address these needs, and support academic staff in increasing Māori student numbers.

Develop frameworks for engaging with Māori stakeholders and establishing research partnerships.


Mōu | Who You Are

You should have a Master's degree, extensive experience in tertiary education, and a strong understanding of graduate research practices.

Passionate about tikanga Māori and Vision Mātauranga, with knowledge of te reo Māori and bicultural issues.

Enjoy teamwork and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
