ABOUT THE ROLE:


This role would suit a highly organised, detail-oriented and collaborative Administrator, who is available immediately and looking for temporary work until December 2023.

Our clients are looking for someone who who takes initiative and it looking for ownership of the role.

DUTIES:

  • Coordinate design review programme processes, documentation and tracking that contribute to high quality urban design outcomes and a smooth design review process.
  • Organise regular events such as meetings, site visits with panellists, urban designers and development managers to enable knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure that the Manager has visibility of issues arising to enable informed decisions and communications to the team and wider group.
  • Provide programme insights through accurate and up to date analysis and reporting to support decision making.
  • Track the design review status and outcomes.
  • Provide timely and relevant information about the design review and change management process to panel members, applicants and key stakeholders.
  • Manage requests, expectations and competing priorities of applicants and key stakeholders.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A qualification in business administration, project management or other relevant discipline together with demonstrated experience in project and/or programme coordination/administration.
  • A high degree of computer literacy and proficiency with relevant software products (Office 365).
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as a demonstrated commitment to relationship building and working in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and the willingness and ability to learn.
  • Experience in prioritising demands, meeting deadlines and delivering desired results by taking ownership, using effective self and time management approaches and paying attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to use sound judgement in making decisions and knowing when to escalate a decision.
  • The ability to clearly and concisely convey information and ideas in both oral and written communication.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
