  • Contracts Manager (Quantity Surveying)
  • As a Contracts Manager with this main contractor you'll manage, coordinate, report on, and advise on all commercial aspects of projects across their interior projects. The company has a very strong forward workload, projects typically range in value from $20m $100m.
  • The Contracts Manager is across all commercial aspects of the companies' projects and collaborate with all stakeholders to make sure everyone succeeds.
  • A salary of $170k $190k is being offered for this role, depending on experience.
  • The Contracts Manager will work with and report to the NZ Manager, there is potential to move up into a Commercial Manager position in time.
  • Here are the essentials needed for this role:
  • Possess a relevant building related degree
  • Experience of using Jobpac is essential
  • Have extensive experience managing contracts on highend and highprofile fitout projects
  • Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
  • Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references

  • A competent in construction/contract legal obligations for building design and construction
  • Have experience across various types of projects, such as Design and Construct contracts, Construct Only contracts and construction management contracts using


Standard Form Contracts.- Excellent people skills and know how to galvanize a team and work towards a common goal and share resources.


  • A stellar ability to communicate with influence and able to organize effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and an ability to meet every deadline placed in front of you
