About the role:

Based in East Tamaki, as the new Office Manager you will be responsible for the efficient running of the office which includes a range of administrative, financial, and general office responsibilities.

If you enjoy variety, are energetic and confident in nature and have been in a previous accounts or administration function

  • Day to day running of an office including reception, answering phones and customer service experience
  • Financial overview for a small business and completed end of month reporting
  • Project and Health and Safety administration, including updating systems
  • Driving the workplace culture and client experience

The ideal Office Manager:

  • Previous experience in a similar industry
  • Experience with Xero and Smart Biz electrical system is a huge advantage
  • Able to work collaboratively with others
  • Great attitude and ability to work autonomously
