Weekend role.


The Practice Plus Service Administrator will provide a suite of administrative services to support the Practice Plus clinical and operational team across the network of primary health care clinics that are involved in the service.


We are looking for an experienced administrator to undertake the administrative support to ensure efficient patient flow through our service.

Fixed Term role for 12 months.

$23 - $25 per hour hours a week to be worked at the weekend only (Could also be a potential job share).


Key tasks include:

  • Respond to and resolve patient, clinician and pharmacy inquiries concerning the delivery of the service
  • Support Practice Plus meetings and other project related events, on both local and national scales (e.g. agendas, recording actions and decision, etc.)
  • Manage the Practice Plus website to enhance content and utilisation
  • Work on developing Practice Plus marketing collateral for use by the GP Network
  • Onboard GP network practices and DHB Emergency Departments
  • Plan and undertake activities on special projects
  • Collect and analyse data associated with the service and any projects undertaken, and reporting on service outcomes
