The Role:

This is a crucial position within our Church St, Palmerston North store which will have you managing and training staff, overseeing profitability of sales and products and helping us to reach our full potential within the region. As people are at the core of our business, you must have a knack for developing strong business relationships, as well as aiding staff to progress in their careers.

To be successful you will need:

  • A full, clean Driver's License
  • Proven skills and experience in retail sales, as well as achieving goals and targets
  • A passion for the automotive or tyre industry
  • Excellent people, communication and business management skills
  • A customer-centric approach, with a drive to always provide the best service possible
  • Ability to work a 45 hour work week across Monday to Saturday
