The opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for Fire Protection Engineer looking to develop their career by working on challenging projects within a supportive and fun team environment.

You can expect to be involved in the design and delivery of healthcare, tertiary, and commercial projects.

About you

  • As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will be responsible for developing fire protection system designs which includes sprinkler, hydrant, and fire alarm systems.
In addition to your design skills, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Construction monitoring experience
  • Client relationship management experience
  • A real knack for problem solving
  • Strong connections with local industry and system certifiers preferred
  • You will preferably be a tertiary qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience in Fire Protection system design for commercial/industrial projects. Applicants who do not possess these qualifications but who are able to demonstrate comparable skills will however also be considered, for example, designers with experience working for design and build fire protection contractors etc.
  • You'll have the ability to work effectively within our project teams, whilst being able to demonstrate leadership capability and potential.
