**ABOUT ENGINEERING AT ROCKET LAB**:
Engineering is at the heart of Rocket Lab. **WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**:
As a Software Engineer in Rocket Lab's Operations Software team you will be responsible for the development of user-facing real-time data visualisation and control software tools to ensure the successful launch of the Neutron and Electron launch vehicles. You will collaborate closely with Launch, Testing, R&D, and Production groups to understand the wide variety of use cases. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality, performance, and UX requirements are met for engine hot fires, system testing, and launch operations.

**YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience within a related field
- C# development
- User interface development (we use WPF)

**THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE**:

- UX development
- Human factors engineering
- Familiar with concurrency concepts
- C++ / Python development
- CI/CD systems
