We are looking for ICT Technicians - pay rate

starts from $29.66 to $32 to join our team. This is a full-time Permanent position with minimum of 30 hours of work per week.

This role requires skilled and motivated individual/s who are prepared to operate in a busy environment.

Basic Requirements for ICT Technicians:

  • Able to fix iPhone, SmartPhone, Tabs, iPad, Mac and Computers
  • Assist customers to choose products providing information on quality, characteristics of products, warranties, and maintenance.
  • Maintain Inventory Management
  • Dealing with customers Face to Face and also over the phone.
  • Assist in tidying the store including keeping the store clean and tidy, rearranging shelves, etc
  • Able to run store independently.
To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Phone and computer repair experience
  • Ability to work in a pressured and fastpaced situation.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Disciplined approach to job responsibilities.
*Able to work well in a team and have the ability to adapt to change *Enthusiastic, Honest, and responsible.

  • Knowledge of Trade me
Pay is dependent on prior experience and skills.
