What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Come and join our Channel Capability & Performance team based in our Auckland head office.

We are looking for a well-seasoned project specialist to effectively coordinate, plan, rollout and deliver successful initiatives and divisional projects supporting our frontline leaders and teams.


A typical day for you will include leading operational change, organising projects into one or more sub-projects (if required), managing the day-to-day aspects of projects, developing project plans, resolving planning, resourcing and project & delivery issues, and monitoring progress and budgets.


Your role will also involve:

  • Supporting all operational communication needs alongside the integration of all Channel Delivery change projects, sales and service operational effectiveness tools
  • Ensuring that key actions for each business area are communicated appropriately, effectively and in a timely manner
  • Through project & delivery management of BAU processes and projects, ensuring project management principles are used
  • By working to standardise and improve support and frontline processes to reduce the overall cost to serve, while improving our customer and people experiences

About You | Mōu


As an Implementation Specialist, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar role where you will have gained a solid knowledge of project methodologies and experience implementing projects.


You will also be well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively, being savvy to deal with ambiguity while making quality decisions in a dynamic challenging environment.

It should go without saying that you have the agility to manage a number of diverse projects at the same time.

Alongside a collaborative nature and solid relationship management skills, you'll bring a sense of personal ownership and responsibility.
