  • As an Asset Financial Information Officer, you will be part of a team of asset management experts contributing to the maintenance and development of the asset management system and maintaining asset valuation records for use by finance.
  • Data capture and analysis, reporting outputs, process development, and ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Working in Infor our Asset Management System to answer internal and external queries.
  • Lead and coordinate capitalisation of assets.
  • Support capital project teams in project scoping, budgets & delivery.

_Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience _
- _Relevant diploma level qualification in accounting, information management, engineering, science, or asset management. _
- _Min 3 years of experience, and competency in: _- _Computers and software systems (this might include using SQL, MS Excel, ArcGIS, or standard asset data systems such as Infor, Tech 1 and SAP). _
- _Database management and maintenance including the ability to interrogate, manipulate (with a clear rationale and audit trail) data and information. _
- _Financial principles. _
- _Proven success at building relationships and resolving issues with internal stakeholders. _
- _Good communication skills - written and verbal including the production of complex reports. _
- _High level of self-management and initiative with a focus on attention to detail. _
- _Ability and willingness to learn complex new skills and processes. _
