Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Portfolio Analyst plays a critical role working with all areas of the business where change and delivery activity occurs and supports the team in executing its core function and disciplines.
The role ensures all portfolio management and change delivery processes and tools are effectively implemented, maintained, and administered across the organisation.
- Support the team with all change and delivery processes, business guidance and reporting requirements,
- Balance multiple priorities and will support the coordination of all team tasks and prioritisation.
- Work alongside business stakeholders, delivery teams, programme and project leads to summarise the health status of the portfolio, helping to identify portfolio risks, issues, and remediation plans, and ensure papers and reporting produced enables informed decision making
The appointment range for this role is $81,616 to $96,019 with the full range up to $110,422 total remuneration including employer contribution to kiwisaver - negotiable depending on experience.
- Knowledge and experience in supporting the delivery of change initiatives, projects and programmes.
- Experience working within project and portfolio management, with an understanding of change management, portfolio definition and portfolio delivery.
- A highly analytical mind with the ability to synthesise information across a range of areas, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions.
